Experience Built in the Field.

Jeff Herman entered the union trade through Local 16, beginning as a classified employee in 2004 before starting his apprenticeship in 2006. He went on to earn journeyman cards in Building Trades Sheet Metal and as a Journeyman Service Technician, building more than 20 years of experience across installation, service, supervision, and project management.

Jeff has led field teams and personally managed complex commercial HVAC projects, including multimillion-dollar work and large-scale VRF/VRV systems. His technical background includes experience with AAON, Trane, Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, and other commercial equipment. At Zeyman, Jeff remains involved in evaluating problems, coordinating with manufacturer technical teams, developing recommendations, and seeing the work through.
